She has allowed me to conduct this interview to give you an insight of what 2012 is looking forward to. I asked her a few basic questions on what makes MCLJ stand out of the crowd.
Where do you see clj going next year?
2012 will be a very exciting year for us, we have several projects that we intend to launch for the year, projects that will cater for the needs for our subscribers, and at the same time we plan to continue to be more efficient in our approach so that we can pass on the benefits not only for lower cost and better quality to our subscribers .
How do you deal with the challenges you face at work?
In the words of mahatma gandhi , "be the change that you want to see in the world".
Being a local company, we have always been closer to our subscribers and we understand the sort of challenges they are facing.
I have a fantastic team of senior managers who are very experienced with lots of wisdom. We talk through our problems and find the best way to solve them.
What do you love about clj?
There are many things that we love about clj. We are very proud of our people, some of whom have been employed by clj for many years. (She's not kidding, some of her staff have been here close to 20 years) The atmosphere in the office is based on the community of cultures that create malaysia. We are all connected by a common cause,
meeting dead lines, ensuring that our publications attain that high quality and everyone unites to that. The quality is what counts to us.
"We are passionate people from who we are and what we produce." Rostina Gaus
